Not sure what to think.
With great rides come great responsibillity. I’m surprised these parks haven’t implimented backup generators for certain rides of theirs that require them in a power outage. But theme parks such as Six Flags, Disney World, and many of the other large parks out there have a much safer accident history record than traveling carnivals. Because such carnivals won’t do such thurough regular inspection as much, and due to their quick take down and quick set up assembly to move from one place to another, many things can get skipped in the process. Places with roller coasters tend to have regular maitinence done and check-ups almost hourly.
